Paul, I don't know how much time you spent doing this, but believe me, it was well worth it. I agree with Kari. That bit about Heath was powerful. Btw, did you know I wrote the song as a tribute to Douglas "Doug" Hopkins (April 1961 – December 1993) who is prolly the best songwriter the Gin Blossom's ever had. So yeah bro, you did my lyrics a lot of justice, and I thank you for that.
